Is This Purchase a Digital or Physical Product?

Please note all listings are digital product only, so nothing will be shipped. The download file will be provided to you electronically immediately after payment. No physical product will be shipped to you.

How to Access Downloads?

After completing your purchase you will also receive an email with your receipt and a link to access your digital product(s). Please keep for your records.

You can follow the steps in the next question to download and extract your purchased files.

You download link is valid for up to 3 downloads or 30 days, whichever occurs first. Please save a copy of the file(s) to your device, so that you may use as many times as you'd like even after your download link expires.

How to Download and Extract Files?

To access files, you will need to download the contents to your device. If there are multiple files, you may need to unzip a compressed .zip folder to extract all files and save to your device.

It is best to download from a laptop or desktop computer. If you are connecting from a third party like Facebook or Pinterest, open the link in a new web browser and try the download again.

If the link is provided by a file sharing site such as Google Drive or Dropbox, click the download icon in the top right corner. You do not need to sign up for an account in order to access the downloads.

Save the .zip file to your computer, right-click and select, "Extract All." This will create a new file on your computer in which you can open. Then, add the file to iCloud or Dropbox to get the files on your mobile device. Occasionally, apps on your browser may interfere with downloading. If this is the case, please open a new browser and try again.

If you attempt to download on a mobile device, you may need a free app to unzip the product (a good, free one is FileExplorer Free). This will allow you to unzip the folder to access it. Another solution available on some mobile devices is to long hold the zipped file icon and then click, "Extract." If neither of these options work, try downloading again from a desktop or laptop computer.

If you can't find the file once it's downloaded, try looking in "Downloads" under "My Computer" or search the title of the file on your computer to see where it has been saved to.

What are Printable Planner Stickers?

These are digital planner sticker files (usually in PDF or PNG file types) that you can download to your computer or other device, and then print/cut at home as many times as you want.

Because this is a digital file, you can use them instantly and print as many times as you'd like. 

As such, no physical product will be shipped to you so there's no need to wait to use your stickers.

What are the Dimensions of these Stickers?

These stickers are designed around a 1.5-inch column width, with the vertical Erin Condren Life Planner in mind. They can be used for a variety of other planners as well and be trimmed to fit as needed. The full size boxes are 1.5-inch wide by 1.9-inch tall.

Are these Stickers Editable?

At this time we do not offer editable versions of our printable planner stickers.

General Printing Troubleshooting

COLOR DIFFERENCES

There are slight variations in the color calibration on different screens, so it may not come out exactly as you see it.Also, the printer, printer settings, and sticker paper may affect the actual shade of color.

For example, if you select regular printer paper instead of photo paper, the color shades will be slightly different.

PRINTING SPECS

Please make sure that you are using 100% or “actual size” when printing. Do not “scale to fit.”

Due to the vastness in technology (including software, printers, and/or cutting machines), we are unable to provide personalized troubleshooting assistance. We do recommend you test your print settings with a normal or scratch sheet of paper before inserting your paper of choice.

How do I Print and Cut the Stickers?

These stickers are designed to be printed on a home printer. Both PNG and PDF files will be provided with your purchase, so that you may either cut by hand or with a craft cutting machine. Instructions are provided below, but may vary for your printer or cutting machine.

BY HAND

  1. Open the PDF file.
  2. Select Print to open the dialog box.
  3. Make sure that “Actual size” or 100% is selected. Do not scale the size.
  4. Click on “Properties.”
  5. Change Media Type to the appropriate paper type for your paper. Use “Matte Photo Paper” for regular sticker/label paper.
  6. Make sure the Printer Paper Size is set to Letter 8.5”x11”.
  7. Change Print Quality to “High.” Click “OK” and print.<
  8. Use a craft knife, paper cutter or scissors to cut out the sticker shapes.

WITH A CRICUT MACHINE 

  1. Open Cricut Design Space.
  2. Start a new project.
  3. Click “Upload” and then “Upload Image.”
  4. Drag & drop the PNG file into the upload box or click “Browse” to locate the PNG file on your computer.
  5. Select “Complex” for image type, continue past Select & Erase, and select “Print Then Cut Image” for upload type. Click “Upload.”
  6. Click the uploaded file and “Insert Image” to your canvas.
  7. Make sure that the dimensions for your PNG are locked. Look for the lock icon in the “size” section at the top of the canvas.
  8. Change the width to 6.75 inches.
  9. Click “Make It.” It should show that the sticker will print then cut.
  10. Load the sticker paper in your printer and click “Send to Printer.”
  11. In the “Print setup” box, turn on the “Add Bleed” and “Use System Dialog” options. Click “Print.”
  12. In the system dialog box, click on “Preferences.”
  13. Change Media Type to the appropriate paper type for your paper. Use “Matte Photo Paper” for regular sticker/label paper.
  14. Make sure the Printer Paper Size is set to Letter 8.5”x11”.
  15. Change Print Quality to “High.” Click “OK” and print.
  16. After you print the stickers, place the sticker sheet on your Cricut mat and load into your Cricut machine.
  17. Select “Rice paper” and “Less” for a kiss cut (just cut the stickers and not the backing). You may need to test out different settings (such as Sticky Note or Washi Sheet) to see what works best for your specific paper and cutting machine.
  18. Make sure that your Cricut machine has good lighting so that it can read the black box around the sticker images. These are the guidelines for the Cricut.
  19. Press the Go button and let your Cricut work its magic.

What are the Software Requirements?

If you plan to cut by hand, you will need to print the PDF file with Adobe Reader software. Adobe Reader is available for FREE to download here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

If you are using a Cricut cutting machine, you will need to have Cricut Design Space installed. You can download Cricut Design Space for FREE here: https://design.cricut.com/

If you are using a Silhouette cutting machine, you will need to have Silhouette Studio installed. You can download Silhouette Studio for FREE here: https://www.silhouetteamerica.com/software

What Sticker Paper should I Use?

These products are designed for US letter sized, 8.5 x 11-inch sticker paper. Any full sheet sticker or label paper, such as this one*, would work. 

It is recommended that you do a test print on regular printer paper prior to printing on your sticker paper.

If you do not have sticker paper, another option is to print on regular printer paper, cut out the sticker shapes, and paste the cut-outs to your planner with your adhesive of choice.
